Wiki

I have learn't something new yesterday that we need not to undermine ourselves and not to fear what we don't know. It is good to explore, recently i was so worried about starting up a Wiki thought it was a difficult thing. But the i realised that what we need to do is to search around from wikis in libraries that will give you an idea on how to go about. I have visited a Wiki on public library.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_library

Anybody is able to register to use the Wireless service.  To register, please see one of the Library staff to assist you.  You will be registered on the network and provided with a username and password to log on to the system.  This username and password will be valid to use in any SA Public Library, until your account expires.
What do I need?  Users need to bring their own laptops to the Library with either a built-in or an installed wireless network card.  Either the IEEE Standard 802.11b or 802.11g card are compatible with the Library's wireless.  Also make sure your laptop is fully charged, as due to occupational health and safety regulations we CANNOT allow any cords that aren't tagged and tested to be used in our power outlets.

Playing around with your PC helps

It really helps to play around with your computer, I just realised that today and also got that from the help of my classmate. Each an everyday we always learn something new, it also helps to ask around from your classmates. I have been struggling with the widgets on how to go about finding them. All to find out it was all under my nose.

Knowledge is power.

I 've learnt new things on wednesday class so it means you learn up until your passing. Sharing ideas with one another it helps and educates. From the presantations that we had this week i have learnt a lot e.g e-books and the fact that it will diasdvantagious to make use of the e-books in rural farm areas and also it will be costly.
